3D scanning and buck making
We utilise the latest technology to aid classic repairs. And so, we can 3D scan and virtually model your car so you have a permanent reference of your original bodywork should you have an accident. From this digital model, we can rapidly manufacture a buck using our CNC plasma cutter. From this we can then accurately remanufacture your bodywork. all this is performed in-house. if you have had an accident we can scan the opposite side of your car and invert the scan to recreate the other side as we did with this rare aston martin DB4GT for a perfectly symmetrical body. Small component design can be carried out with our 3D printer
