The customer of this beautiful Aston Martin DB4 commissioned Project Heaven to complete the restoration of their car to Concours level. Our dedicated team were tasked with rebuilding the engine, including the machining of the block. This was completed in-house to ensure the correct liner protrusion was achieved.

Additionally, the engine was fitted with oversized liners to make it a 4.2L. The overdrive on the gearbox was rebuilt, as was the axle. Furthermore, it was treated to several upgrades including the installation of a Harvey Bailey handling package, triple SU’s, an uprated alternator, electronic power steering, a larger capacity alloy radiator and air conditioning.
